Planning a limit for the weekend
Set the amount of money and the hours for the casino before leaving home, and stop when either runs out. Book the room and the dinner table first, so the weekend has a shape beyond the gaming floor. Bank cards can stay in the hotel room safe, with only the planned cash carried to the floor. An Ontario casino floor admits only guests aged 19 or older. The same age applies to regulated online gaming.
Questions before the weekend
Is ConnexOntario open at night?
It answers 24/7, overnight included. Reach it by calling 1-866-531-2600, by sending the text CONNEX to 247247, or through the chat at connexontario.ca; support is confidential and carries no cost.
Can a My PlayBreak term be cut short?
A term cannot be cancelled once it is made, so the length deserves careful thought before enrolling. Casino terms run 3 or 6 months, or 1 to 5 years.
Where is the PlaySmart Centre?
It is in the Fallsview Galleria by Ponte Vecchio, open daily 10 am to 2 am, phone 905-371-0774. Casino Niagara has its own PlaySmart area.
